Affiliate Program Terms

The SwitchKit Affiliate Program (the "Program") pays a flat $200 commission for each qualified SwitchKit sale referred through your unique affiliate link, plus a recurring commission on ongoing client deals that originate from your referrals. The Program is operated by THEFEWERtabs ("we", "us", "our").

By submitting an application or by accepting an affiliate link, you ("you", "affiliate") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not apply to the Program or use an affiliate link.

You may apply to the Program if you are at least 18 years old and can legally enter into a binding agreement.

We welcome applications from ecommerce/marketplace-seller content creators, community admins, course creators, coaches, freelancers, and agencies who have an audience of marketplace sellers.

We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion, without explanation.

If you are approved, we will email you your unique referral link. Your affiliate account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned without our prior written consent.

To join the Program, you must complete the application form on the affiliate signup page, providing accurate and complete information about yourself, your promotion method, your audience, and your payment details.

Applications are reviewed manually. Approval is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. You may begin promoting immediately after you receive your link.

No password is required to apply. Once your application is approved, you set a password the first time you log in to your dashboard (via a 6-digit code emailed to you). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

If your application is rejected, you may re-apply in the future, but re-applying does not guarantee approval.

Each approved affiliate receives a unique tracking link. The link is used to attribute referrals to your account.

You are credited for a referral only when a lead books a call within 30 days of first clicking your unique affiliate link. The 30-day window is measured from the first click.

You are responsible for protecting your referral link. If someone else uses your link, any resulting referral will be attributed to your account.

We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, cookie deletion, or your own misplacement of the link.

We reserve the right to attribute a lead to a different source if there is a tracking conflict, technical error, or disputed referral.

The current commission is $200 flat per qualified sale.

A qualified sale means a referred lead who (a) books a call through your affiliate link, (b) is qualified by our sales team, (c) receives a SwitchKit proposal, and (d) puts down a 50% deposit on a SwitchKit build.

Commission is earned at the moment the referred lead puts down their deposit. You do not wait for the store to launch.

There is no cap on the number of qualified referrals you can earn commission on.

In addition to the one-time $200 commission, you earn a recurring commission on ongoing client deals that originate from your referral — for example a monthly retainer, an annual plan, or a quarterly engagement with a seller you referred.

The standard recurring commission rate is 15% of each qualifying payment made under an active ongoing deal. The 15% rate is the default and is negotiable; we may agree a different rate for a specific deal at our sole discretion. Contact support to request a custom rate for a larger or long-term deal.

Recurring commission is earned on each qualifying payment while the deal remains active, and is paid out on the same regular weekly payout cycle as one-time commissions. When an ongoing deal ends, no further recurring commission is earned on it.

There is no cap on the number of ongoing deals or recurring payments you can earn commission on.

We may change the commission rate for future referrals at any time, but any change will not affect commissions already earned before the change is announced.

Payouts are processed weekly via bank transfer or Wise. One-time commissions and recurring commission on ongoing deals are paid on the same weekly cycle.

To receive payment, you must provide valid payment details. If your payment details are incomplete or incorrect, your payout may be delayed until the correct details are provided.

Payouts are tied to a closed deal. If a referred lead books a call but does not close or does not pay a deposit, no commission is paid.

If a referred sale is later refunded or cancelled before the build begins, the corresponding commission may be withheld or clawed back from future payouts.

You are responsible for any taxes or fees arising from your participation in the Program. We are not tax advisors and make no representation about your tax obligations.

• No self-referrals. You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase SwitchKit or to generate commission for yourself.
• No false, misleading, or deceptive claims about SwitchKit, including pricing, features, guarantees, or outcomes.
• No fraudulent, fake, or incentivized bookings. Bookings that are not genuine, or that are made solely to generate commission, disqualify the referral and may result in termination.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk email, or other forms of abusive promotion.
• No bidding on SwitchKit, THEFEWERtabs, or any related brand keywords in paid search without prior written approval.
• No use of SwitchKit trademarks or branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or an official relationship beyond the affiliate program.
• No cookie stuffing, link injection, or any other method designed to claim commission for activity you did not legitimately generate.
• Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting SwitchKit, in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Running paid ads to promote SwitchKit requires prior written approval from us.

Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis. We may deny approval for any reason, including to protect the brand and prevent affiliates from bidding on SwitchKit's own name and cannibalizing direct traffic.

If you are approved for paid advertising, you must use the approved creatives, copy, and targeting parameters we provide. Any changes require re-approval.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SwitchKit branding materials (such as logos, screenshots, and approved copy) for the sole purpose of promoting SwitchKit as an affiliate.

You may not alter, crop, or modify our branding materials without our prior written approval.

You may not register domain names, social media handles, or accounts containing SwitchKit, THEFEWERtabs, or confusingly similar terms.

You may not imply that you are an employee, agent, or official partner of SwitchKit beyond your role as an affiliate.

Your participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific earnings, commission volume, or number of referrals.

Whether a lead closes depends on many factors outside our control, including the lead's fit, their readiness to invest, and their responsiveness. We make no promises about close rates.

Any examples, testimonials, or estimates you create should be accurate and should not promise specific outcomes to prospective customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under the Program in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

If we terminate your account for a prohibited practice under these Terms, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

If we terminate your account for reasons other than a prohibited practice, commissions already earned (meaning a qualified sale with a deposit paid) before termination will still be paid out on the next scheduled payout.

You may stop participating in the Program at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you must stop using your referral link and remove any affiliate materials you control.

We collect and process personal information you provide (name, email, payment details, promotion details) to operate the Program, evaluate applications, process payouts, and communicate with you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as needed to operate the Program, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.

As an affiliate, you may come into contact with information about SwitchKit or THEFEWERtabs. You agree to keep non-public information confidential and not disclose it without our prior written consent.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify affiliates by email and/or by posting updated terms on this page.

Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pakistan.
